Tosun is capable of independently designing and manufacturing moulds according to customer supplied drawings or samples and technical requirements; in addition,Tosun , by designing formulation in the light of material physical property, accurately and quickly develops the new products in accordance with customers' requirements.
Tosun owns more than 30 of curing presses, rubber mixing machines and extruders of different sizes and models. Our products mainly include rubber stopper and cap, gasket, tube, sealing element, shock absorber, as well as various profile extrusion plastic parts. The rubber materials mainly cover silica gel, viton, butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber, ethylene-propylene diene copolymer, neoprene, natural gum, butadiene-styrene rubber, butyl rubber and the like. Plastic materials comprise nylon, makrolan, daicel, high-low pressure polyethylene ABS.PVC and thermoplastic elastomers TPE and TPR.
Tosun has established a complete quality system, and passed the certifications of ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System and ISO/TS16949 Quality Management System in 2004 and June, 2009 respectively, It is a good preparation for entering the automobile market. With an independently quality guarantee team and a product quality testing laboratory, Tosun, adopting America ASTM2000 and Japan JIS standards for testing the product quality, can make the tests on rubber physical and chemical properties to satisfy customer requirements.
